Great breakfast with good offering of Japanese/Western choices; Location is acceptable within 10min walk to JR/Subway station with active streets nearby.

Helpful and polite staff, hotel close to Osaka station
Hotel is around 10 minutes by foot from the Osaka Station, which is surrounded by malls where you can eat, drink, and shop. The Osaka Station has many lines so you can travel around Osaka and also get to the Kansai Airport or Kyoto. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, and there are complimentary toiletries and public bath provided by the hotel. I would stay here again.
